Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of service:

  • Individual coaching sessions: 24-hour notice required for cancellation
  • Workshop registrations: Refunds available up to 7 days before the event
  • Monthly coaching programs: 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients
  • Annual programs: Pro-rated refunds available within first 60 days

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Business Growth Coach and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

User Content

You retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information and services provided are offered on an "as is" basis. Business Growth Coach makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, materials, or products included on this service.

While we strive to provide valuable coaching and business advice, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results. Success in business depends on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, individual effort, and external circumstances.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service and contact us to close your account.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of Massachusetts or the courts of the State of Massachusetts.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
